New portal, familiar content

The new administration portal replaces the old administration solution. Everything you could do before, you can still do — but faster, tidier, and with a better overview.

Highlights

• Dashboard with alerts — the front page shows the status of employees, locks, and groups, and surfaces what needs attention: low battery, locks without a group, and outdated app versions. See The dashboard.
• Maps — locks are shown on a map, in the lock overview, on group pages, and on the front page.
• Better search and filtering — every list can be searched, filtered, sorted, and exported to Excel or CSV.
• Activity log — full event history with filtering by employee, lock, phone, and time range. See The activity log.
• File import — register many employees or phones in one operation, with validation before anything is saved.
• Norwegian and English — the portal is available in both languages, and so is this help center.
• Dark mode — the portal follows your system setting.

What stays the same

The access model is unchanged: employees get access through groups, and employees open doors with their phones exactly as today. Your data — employees, groups, locks, and phones — is the same.
